Definitely feels like spring is here even though there are times I still feel the winter chill. More than the vibrant mood it brings these last few days I am also totally turning on my spring mood, that’s for sure. An all time favorite season because the weather is so lovely, it’s not too cold and not too hot and those beautiful flower-blossoming trees are blooming only in the spring season together with the lush trees and I tend to go a little crazy with all the pretty colors.
It’s definitely a must-have to start the spring time with gladness, let’s bury the coldness of winter and fall in love with all of these amazing picturesque views of nature.
I don’t want to miss going out and taking some shots of God’s wonderful creations and sharing the beauty of spring.
Life's too short. Let it go and live, keeping the memories tuck in our hearts.
God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. (Genesis 1:31)
All day long, I’m spending the rest of the time that I have on my hands browsing home interior decoration ideas. Sometimes I tell myself am I day dreaming? Well, there’s nothing wrong on dreaming and every time I do it I utter simple prayers to our LORD, sharing my dreams to HIM.
By God’s grace and His great riches, hopefully we can finally build our new house next year God’s willing.
Of course first thing first – sorting out my long wish list for our dream house.
I have to start with choosing the right colors that I’d love to have. As we all know colors have different meanings. It has been discovered long, long ago that colors say a lot of things about a person. Colors are deeply connected with our emotions. My goal is how to have bright and breezy interiors that can look appropriate regardless of the season.
After contemplating, I decided to have shades of blue. Blue – being my fave and also my hubby’s favorite color, we agreed on this. Blue is said to be very calming, relaxing and refreshing, it connotes serenity and tranquility. I really like the shades of blue and maybe balancing it with some touch of warm colors like yellow, green and orange; or confident mix of related colors: turquoise, aqua will give a more refreshing look. Also I think the classic color combination of blue and white will never go out of style.
Just the thought of fitting these home decor styles made me feel excited – having blue as the “star color” of the house mixing subdued and bright touches as well as considering neutral shades.
Sharing some of the lovely, awesome blue decoration interior designs that I’m dreaming to have in my future “Home sweet home”.
I dream of painting the walls in the living room in shades of blue giving the space a calming feel, I think it will be easier for my loved ones to spend long amounts of time in the room since these shades are easy on the eyes.
I LOVE TRAVELING! I feel awesome every time I travel locally or abroad.
New places to explore and discover. I can’t wait to pack my bags and visit Danxia. =)
Check out the world’s newest natural wonders
Each year, the United Nations unveils a list of the world’s most stunning natural attractions, called World Heritage sites, and chances are, you’ve never heard of them—Papahanaumokuakea, anyone? The designation shines the spotlight on a handful of hidden gems, while also protecting them from man. See eight that made the cut for 2010, including China Danxia, pictured.
Over the past 28 years, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has identified more than 180 of these natural wonders across 77 countries. These “World Heritage Sites” are deemed “unique, irreplaceable, and authentic.” The esteemed club includes the likes of the Grand Canyon, Mount Everest, and Victoria Falls among other iconic sites. (Manmade landmarks, such as Rome’s Colosseum, are counted separately.)
